Shipping policy

Where we ship
Purrden ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Shipping cost
United States: free on every order, no minimum.
Canada, United Kingdom and Australia: free on orders of $45 or more (2 sacks or more); smaller orders pay a flat $7.95 tracked shipping rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time
Orders are checked and packed within 1-3 business days. If you added Priority Processing, your order is packed and handed to the carrier ahead of standard orders. Priority Processing speeds up our packing, not the carrier's delivery time.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive 8-14 business days after you order, with tracking. During the November-December peak, carriers can take a few days longer.

Christmas cut-off
To have your order in time for Christmas in the US, place it by December 3. We still ship orders placed after that date, but we cannot promise they arrive before December 25.

Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships. It can take 24-72 hours to show the first scan; that is normal.

Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we reship it once you confirm the right one; the new shipping cost is yours.

Lost, stolen or damaged parcels
If you added Shipping Protection, email us and we send a free replacement. Without it, we help you open a claim with the carrier and handle each case individually.

Duties and taxes
Some countries may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. Where these apply and are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the buyer.
