30-day returns. Not the right fit for your cat? You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Email support@purrden.store with your order number.
- We reply within 24 hours on business days with the return address and instructions.
- Once your return arrives and is checked, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Arrived damaged or wrong? Email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, usually without you sending anything back.
